One of the objectives of St. Xavier's College, Dumka is to provide quality education to students from diverse backgrounds and economic conditions. To achieve this goal, the College offers Management Scholarships for the weaker sections and deserving students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential. The College also encourages students to avail the scholarships offered by the Government of Jharkhand (E-Kalyan) to the eligible students of SC/ST/BC categories. Furthermore, the College wishes to tap some resources from various trusts, alumnae association and club in order to cater to deserving students who need financial assistance. The College believes that these scholarships will help in creating a more inclusive and equitable learning environment for all.
