Who are SEDG students?

Students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds face challenges in accessing quality education due to historical, economic, and socio-cultural reasons.

Objectives of SEDGs Cell:

To provide socio-emotional and academic support and mentoring for the students belonging to the SEDGs through proper counselling and monitoring Programme. To ensure proper implementation and monitoring of orientation and bridge courses designed by the HEIs to benefit SEDGs students.

    • Guiding students on accessing scholarships, fee waivers, and educational loans.
    • Identifying eligible students for financial aid programs.
