Rev. Fr. P. Jesuraj, S.J., the esteemed Vice-Principal and Finance Officer, of St. Xavier’s College, Maharo, Dumka, joined the institution in 2023. He is a distinguished academic with a commendable journey in the field of Commerce.

He completed his postgraduate degree (M.Com) from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore, specializing in Accounting and Taxation, where he built a strong academic foundation in the discipline. He further pursued his M.Phil. in Commerce from the prestigious Loyola College, Chennai, graduating with distinction and earning recognition as an outstanding student.

Fr. Jesuraj has actively participated in numerous academic conferences and seminars, continuously contributing to the academic community through his insights and scholarly engagement. His dedication to academic excellence and institutional development reflects his commitment to higher education.

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at St. Xavier’s College, Maharo, Dumka, he teaches Accounting and Taxation to undergraduate students. Through his depth of knowledge, clarity of teaching, and passion for the subject, he inspires students to develop strong analytical and professional skills in the field of commerce.
