Aim:
- To develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure, sports man ship and ideas of selfless service among the youth of the country.
- To create a human resources of organized trained motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life and always available for service of the nation.
- To provide a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up the carrier in the armed forces.
Certificate Exam:
The cadets are also given training to pass B and C certificates. NCC cadets can get jobs more easily as compared to others. Private and public sector employers give company preference to the holders of 'B' & 'C' certificates.
